I. During the training, the following subjects from the area of the Loctite Technology are discussed:
1. Protection of threaded joints.
The principle of operation of threaded joints, flaws of mechanical methods of self unscrewing protection, Loctite® thread protection products, product selection, joint quality depending on the materials used, the influence of the temperature and other ambient factors, application techniques - a practical presentation.
2. Sealing of pipe joints.
Types of threads and joints, causes of leaks, sealing threads with Loctite® products, principles of operation and product selection, joint quality depending on the materials used, the influence of the temperature and other ambient factors, application techniques - a practical presentation.
3. Sealing of flat surfaces.
Why seals fail, materials from which seals are made, problems during installation, seals formed on-site - basics, product selection, sealing rigid flanges, sealing flexible flanges, anaerobic and silicon sealings (RTV), a practical presentation.
4. Gluing in cylindrical joints.
